Writing Community Meetings

Writing Adventurers offers multiple ways for writers to reach their personal and professional goals.  We have Live Meetings & will soon reinstate in-person meetings.

Join the Facebook Page to get inspired and connect with other writers.

Current Group Offerings:

Writing Support Meetings – are designed to address more writer-specific issues, support each other, highlight writer self-care, and create a spiritual space for writing not specific to any organized religion.

Meet and Write – To create an engaging community of writers.  We will explore the Middle Tennessee community, highlighting an attraction as inspiration, write about our experiences, and share.  This is a way for people to connect without feeling intimidated.

Writers Reviewing Writers – a book club examining one writer and two works. We study how has the writer progressed in their writing, what has changed overall in their approach to their style, and whether we prefer the earlier vs. later writing.

Past Group Offerings:

Writing Goals Meetings – To encourage each writer to reach his/her/their goals. The members listen, support, and offer insight to help each other. Each member presents their broad goal and their envisioned steps to reach it. They also provide what they have been doing to reach the goal, regardless of progress.

Writing Book Club – The best way to learn is to study, discuss, and practice.  Join us as we travel through literature and film to improve the writing craft.
